Whether its orange or white flesh, red or white skin, or even Japanese, you can order anything you need from Scott Farms.
Our newest, bushy variety, the Covington, is very uniform in shape with exceptional results. A high-quality eating variety, it has rose-colored skin that is slightly darker than Beauregard with a moist, orange flesh.
A bushy, vine-type sweet potato and has rose-colored skin with light, moist, orange flesh. It resists cracking and is an excellent yielder with shorter (90-day) growing season.
A longer-season variety of 120 days, this vine-type, very sweet variety produces very uniform roots with excellent yield. Dark orange skin with deep orange flesh.
This variety has dark red skin with an orange, moist flesh. This vine-type variety produces good yields with excellent shape. Great tasting variety with an intermediate growing season of 95 to 100 days.
Having a dark red skin and dry, starchy flesh, this long-season, bushy variety has high yield potential and also stores well.
A relative of the Beauregard, this bushy, thin, white-skinned, vine-type variety has the same growing characteristics. Good yielder with shorter growing season of 90- to 95 days.
